1. About Us

Friends of Poplar Primary PTA is a registered charity run by parent and teacher volunteers to support Poplar Primary School through fundraising and community events.

2. Website Use

• You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

• Content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned by Friends of Poplar Primary PTA unless otherwise stated. Please do not reproduce without permission.

3. Event Bookings & Tickets

• All bookings for PTA events are subject to availability.

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.

• If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

• Children attending family events remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian at all times.

4. Donations & Payments

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Payments for events or donations are handled securely via third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, TicketTailor). We do not store your card details.

• Gift Aid (where applicable) may only be claimed if you are a UK taxpayer and have given us consent.

5. Liability

• Friends of Poplar Primary PTA accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained at events, except where caused by our negligence.

• You are responsible for supervising your children during PTA activities unless otherwise specified (e.g. drop-off events with staff/volunteers in attendance).

• We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
